Reno Aces

On September 21, 2024, High Sierra AHEC held our 5th Annual AceBall fundraiser at the Reno Aces Porsche Club. With about 80 attendees, the event was a resounding success, featuring a night filled with laughter, connection, and excitement, all complemented by a thrilling game of baseball. We raised approximately $14,000, which will directly support our healthcare workforce development programs—essential for addressing current shortages by recruiting, training, and placing healthcare professionals while preparing the next generation of healthcare leaders.

A special thanks to our Home Run sponsor, Northern Nevada HOPES, who had a table on the concourse, reaching an impressive 6,500 participants throughout the evening. Guests enjoyed delicious food and desserts, and we gave away several raffle prizes all generously donated by local organizations. The photobooth added an extra element of fun, capturing memories throughout the night.
